硒对菠菜、小白菜生长及抗氧化活性的研究

摘    要:研究了硒对菠菜,小白菜生长及抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,低浓度硒促进了植株的生长。而高浓度硒则抑制了植株的生长;进一步用DPPH法测定了植株总抗氧化活性的结果发现,硒对植株抗氧化活性的影响与硒对植株生长的影响结果表明基本一致。说明加硒后影响了植株体内的内源抗氧化系统,从而促进或抑制植株生长。

Abstract:Effects of selenium on the growth and antioxidative activity in spinach a nd pakchoi were studied.The results showed that the growth of plant was promoted at lo wer concentration of selenium ,while it was inhibited at higher concentr ation of selenium;The total antioxidation activity of pla nt was further researched by using th e DPPH method.The similar results to the growth of plant were obtained.It showed that the system o f antioxidation was affected after a dding selenium and then the growth of plant was promoted or inhibited.
