紫外线诱变酵母1254的致死率及高产富铬酵母菌选育研究

摘    要:利用紫外线对热带假丝酵母1254进行诱变,结果表明:该菌株最高正突变率(49%)时的致死率为86%,紫外线处理时间为40s。筛选出5株高耐铬能力的酵母菌株,其中Y-1、Y-5的生物量和铬含量分别提高了49%、59%和59%、48%。

Abstract:The ultraviolet light was studied for mutating Candida tropicalis 1254.The results showed:the highest rate of positive mutation was 49 % when the lethality rate was 86 %,and the ultraviolet light treatment time was 40s.Five stronger enduring for chromium was found,and Y-1,Y-5 yeast's biomass and chromium content increased by 49 %,59 % and 59 %,48 % respectively.
