对新疆粮、棉生产成本效益的比较分析

利用近10年新疆粮、棉生产成本效益数据,对新疆粮、棉的产量、生产成本、单位面积产值、投入产出比及生产效益与全国其他省份进行了比较,并进行了深入分析,得出新疆的棉花产量大,但存在产业链落后、机械化程度低、生态负效应大等问题。通过分析问题产生的原因,总结出棉区种植结构、规模的优化机理。最后得出提高作物种植的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的启示。

Comparative Analysis of Cost-Effectiveness of Grain and Cotton Production in Xinjiang

The cost-effectiveness data of cotton and grain production in Xinjiang in recent 10 years were used.The yield, production cost , output value per unit area , input-output ratio , production efficiency of grain and cotton in Xinjiang were compared with those in other provinces of China , and the comparative results were deeply analyzed .It was obtained that the yield of cotton in Xinjiang was high , but the industrial chain was backward , the level of mechanization was low , and the negative ecological effect was large.Meanwhile, the causes of these problems were analyzed , and the optimized mechanism of plantation structure and scale in cotton area was summed up .Finally, the author gave the corresponding measures and proposals for improving the economic , social and ecological benefits of crop plantation .
