从我国能源发展战略看输气管道的发展

分析了我国现实的能源结构,指出如果不改变现状,将造成严重的空气污染和能源利用的低热效率,提出了我国能源的发展战略是提高能源利用率和优化能源结构,而改变能源结构最迫切的任务是发展天然气。为此应从以下八个方面提前做好准备:(1)界定管道的经济界线;(2)管道的经营模式和资本构成研究;(3)关注当代国际先进水平;(4)设计及施工问题;(5)管道穿过断层的准备;(6)调峰方法的研究;(7)管材及钢管选择;(8)通过河流和山脉重点工程的研究。

Taking a developing view of gas transmission pipeline from our county's energy developing strategy

Analyzes our country's realistic energy structure and points out that if the present situation is not changed, serious air pollution and low thermal efficiency of energy utilization shall be created. Puts forward our country's energy developing strategy that is raise energy utilization rate and optimize energy structure. A most urgent task in changing energy structure is to develop nature gas. For this purpose, following 8 aspects shall be made ready in advance: (1) define pipeline's economic bound; (2) pipeline's operation form and capital constitution study; (3) pay attention to international advanced level at present age; (4) design and construction problems; (5) preparation for faults crossing of pipeline; (6) study on peak method; (7) pipe material and steel pipe selection; (8) study on major engineering that crossing river and mountain.
