核桃叶片钾、钙、镁含量及光合速率变化的研究

摘    要:以新疆隔年核桃、汾阳绵核桃为试材,对其生长期叶片中K、Ca、Mg 3种矿质元素含量与光合速率的关系进行了分析,结果显示,两品种叶片内各元素代谢有不同的变化规律,K含量随着叶龄增大而降低;Ca、Mg含量随着叶龄增大而增加;光合速率的变化均呈双峰曲线,第2次峰值低于第1次.但新疆隔年核桃光合速率高于汾阳绵核桃.相关分析表明,K、Ca、Mg 3种矿质元素和光合速率多为正相关性,在不同品种间存在一定的差异.

Abstract:The contents of the mineral element(K,Ca,Mg) and the photosynthetic rate in the leaves of walnut(including Xinjiang-genian walnut and Fenyang-mian walnut) were measured during the period of growth.The results were as follows: the content of K in leaves reduced with the increasing of the leaves age,those of Ca?Mg in the leaves increased with the increasing of the leaves age.The curves of the change of the photosynthetic rate showed the double peaks for two varieties,and the second peak was lower than the first peak.The photosynthetic rate of Xinjiang-genian walnut was higher than that of Fenyang-mian walnut.The correlation indicated the positive correlation between the contents of the mineral elements and the photosynthetic rate in most cases,and the differece in different types of walnut.
