| 摘 要： | 根据农产品加工项目规划设计的一般规律和方法，结合种子加工的特点与要求，总结、归纳和分析了多年来进行种子加工厂规划设计的经验与体会，系统地探讨、提出了针对种子工程项目特点、适合种子加工中心特殊要求的规划设计基本原则、主要内容及方法与步骤，并就存在的问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | According to the common rule and method of programming and design on agricultural products processing projects, the experience and realization of the programming and design of seed processing center were summarized and analyzed combined with the characteristics and requirement of seed processing. The fundamental principles, main contents, methods and approaches were discussed and put forward. The suggestions for solving problems were proposed. |
