芬苯哒唑控释丸对小尾寒羊线虫的临床驱虫效果

选取某羊场临床表现有线虫感染症状的病例，实验室检查证明为自然感染线虫的小尾寒羊20只，分为4组，依次用芬苯哒唑控释丸、0．2％伊维菌素、丙硫咪唑进行驱虫。分别于用药前及用药后第7天取粪便计数虫卵，并于用药后第2天起检查每天由粪便中驱出虫体数量，直至查不出为止。结果表明，芬苯哒唑对羊消化道线虫有更好的杀灭作用，而且有效期更长。

The Deworming Effects of Fenbendazole Controlled Release Pill on the Mematode of Small Tail Cold Sheep on Clinical

20 small tail cold sheep which have manifest clinical symptom and were infected by nematode by laboratory examination were selected.Fenbendazole controlled release pill,0.2% ivermectin,albendazole were selected to helminthi- cide in four groups.While ivermectin injections 0.2mglkg.bw was served as control.Eggs of worms were respectively exam- ined before using medicine and on the seventh day after using medicine.The result showed that above antinematodal drugs were effective against nematode,decreased rates in 100%,100%,94.9%.The above results revealed that Fenbendazole con- trolled release pill was safe and effective.
