花生抗黄曲霉产毒快速鉴定法

摘    要:在花生抗黄曲霉菌产毒的抗源筛选研究中,对试管荧光(TF)法作了改进,分析了在室内接种培养条件下作抗产毒性鉴定时,不同样本大小对鉴定效果的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,0.2g 小样本的鉴定结果与20.0g 大样本无显著差异。实际应用结果表明本方法简单、快速、经济,适用于大量鉴定筛选花生抗产毒性

Abstract:One of the main causes of that the progress on screening the resistance to aflatoxin production in peanut has been slow is that no methods available to large scale identify this kind of resistance have been applied in this field. To reduce the cost and simplify the identifying procedure, the effects of some different size samples of peanut were compared for identifying the resistance to aflatoxin production. Results indicated that no significant difference was found between 0.2g and 20.0g size samples under the same conditions. The practice application in peanut indicated the method to be simple, rapid and economical, and be available to large scale identify or screen the resistance to aflatoxin production in peanut.
