摘    要:对农七师123团奶牛场16头诊断为不孕症的奶牛用常规方法进行了治疗,其中11头奶牛患子宫内膜炎,另外5头患卵巢静止。对石河子大学动物科技学院试验站4头诊断为不孕症的奶牛在采用常规子宫注射中药同时进行了电针辅助治疗,其中2头奶牛为子宫内膜炎,另外2头为卵巢静止。对这两组奶牛进行了治疗效果的对比。结果表明,采用电针辅助治疗的4头患不孕症的奶牛全部有效,受胎率是75%。而只采用常规治疗方法组的总有效率为75%,受胎率是62.5%。两者比较差异不显著(P〉0.05),但是前者的疗程较短。

Abstract:Sixteen cows with infertility from the dairy farm of 123 Field of Agricultural Division 8 were treated with conventional therapy. Of which 11 cows were diagnosed as endometritis and the other 5 cows were ovarian quiescence. In addition, 4 infertile cows (including 2 cows with endometritis and the other 2 cows with ovarian quiescence) from the test station of College of Animal Science and Technology of Shihezi University were treated with Chinese medicine injected to their uterus accompanied by electroacupuncture assistance therapy. The treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results showed that 4 infertile cows with electroacupuncture therapy all cured, but the conception rate was 75%. While the cure rate of the group only with conventional therapy was 75%, and the conception rate was 62.5%. There was no significant difference between them (P〉0.05), but the course of the elcctroacupuncture therapy was shorter.
