| 摘 要： | 奶源基地是乳业生产的"第一车间",要保证乳品质量需从源头抓起。学生奶奶源基地是学生奶生产的源头,要保证学生饮用奶计划稳步实施,必须抓好学生奶奶源基地建设。但我国学生奶奶源基地在建设中存在管理落后、社会化服务体系不健全、环保意识差、记录不规范等问题。借鉴发达国家奶源建设的有益经验,提出加强我国学生奶奶源基地建设的对策和建议。 |
