试论农村信用社体制改革

作者在对农村金融体制改革调查的基础上,根据社会主义商品经济的理论,就农村信用社在发展商品经济中的作用进行了论述,分析了改革过程中存在的问题,并就信用社的隶属关系、企业化经营和在农村金融市场中的地位等问题进行了探讨。

DISCUSSION ON THE REFORM OF THE RURAL CREDIT COOPERATIVE SYSTEM

Based on the investigation of the reform on the monetary system in the rural areas,the authors deal with the roles played by the rural credit cooperatives in developing commodity economy in accordance with the theory of socialist commodity economy,and analyse the existing problems in the course of the reform.Also,the authors discuss the problems of the relationships of jurisdiction,business management the position of the rural cred it cooperatives in the rural monetary system.
