柴油机涡轮增压中冷技术及对排放控制分析

摘    要:涡轮增压技术由涡轮和压气机两个主要部件组成的增压器来进行增压工作.对于增压压力较高的中、高增压发动机,一般需装置中间冷却器,以提高进气密度.涡轮增压主要作用是提高柴油机功率、降低燃油消耗.同时分析表明涡轮增压及增压中冷技术对降低柴油机排放起着重要作用.

Abstract:Turbo is composed of turbine and compressor. High supercharging engine needs to install inter-cooling to enhance air density. Turbo is mainly used to enhance power in diesel engine and to reduce fuel consumption. Analysis shows that turbo and intercooling technology play very important role in controlling engine emissions.
