| 摘 要： | 在探讨高效森林资源培育机制的内涵和福建省建瓯市森林资源培育存在问题的基础上,提出了建立规范的林地流转市场、健全森林培育投融资机制、推进林业的规模化经营、建立有效的技术保障制度和社会化服务体系等高效森林资源培育机制的建议。

| Abstract: | This article discusses on the connotation of high-effect forest resources cultivation mechanism and the exiting problems of forest resources cultivation in Jian'ou,Fujian,then puts forwards the suggestions such as the standardized market of forest lands,perfect investment and financing mechanism of forest resources cultivation,further large-scale production,the establishment of efficient technical support system,and social service system for the forest resources cultivation and so on. |
