摘    要:介绍了6S管理的内涵、实施方案,以及引入6S管理的必要性与可行性。针对当地个体食品生产者生产馒头的现状,引入6S管理体系,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The meaning and execution program of 6S management system,as well as the necessity and accessibility of using the system are summarized in this paper.According to the status of steamed bread production in sole proprietors,6S management system is applied and the system is also effective.
