分子筛/LDPE共混薄膜对香蕉的保鲜性能研究

摘    要:乙烯是促进采后果蔬成熟、衰老的一个重要因素,在新鲜果蔬保鲜包装中及时除去乙烯利于延长其货架期。使用自制分子筛改性LDPE薄膜,制备了6种不同的分子筛/LDPE共混薄膜,并研究了共混薄膜对乙烯气体的吸附情况。结果表明,硅铝比为26的分子筛/LDPE共混薄膜对乙烯的吸附量较大。以香蕉为试验对象,研究了不同硅铝比分子筛/LDPE共混薄膜保鲜袋对香蕉的保鲜效果的影响,结果表明,含有分子筛的保鲜薄膜能显著延长香蕉的保鲜时间。

Abstract:Ethylene is an important factor to promote postharvest furits and vegetables mature and aging.It can prolong the shelf life of the fresh furits and vegetables to remove the ethylene in the fresh-keeping package.This paper uses homemade sieve modified LDPE film and prepared six different molecular sieve/LDPE blending films.Then the research on the gas adsorption of ethylene is studied and the results show that the zeolite Si/Al ratio of 26/ LDPE blend film has a large amount of ethylene adsorption.The preservation effect of the different Si/Al ratio zeolite/LDPE blended film is studied,with banana taken as to experiment object.And the results show that the preservation film which contains molecular sieve can significantly extended banana preservation time.
