| Abstract: | Microbiological testing of food technology is a highly practical and applied discipline,is professional quality vocational and technical core curriculum.The adoption of teaching content,teaching methods,curriculum examination and assessment and other aspects are reformed to improve the microbiological testing of food technology teaching quality,improve their vocational skills.The practical ability for students is greatly enhanced to lay a solid foundation of employment. |
