摘    要:食品微生物检验技术是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,是质检专业的职业技术核心课程之一。通过对教学内容、教学方法以及课程考试考核等方面的改革,提高食品微生物检验技术课程教学质量及学生的职业能力。使学生实践动手能力大大加强,为学生的就业奠定坚实基础。

Abstract:Microbiological testing of food technology is a highly practical and applied discipline,is professional quality vocational and technical core curriculum.The adoption of teaching content,teaching methods,curriculum examination and assessment and other aspects are reformed to improve the microbiological testing of food technology teaching quality,improve their vocational skills.The practical ability for students is greatly enhanced to lay a solid foundation of employment.
