不同水分处理下胡杨、俄罗斯杨光合特性的研究

摘    要:目的]以克拉玛依农业综合开发区防护林胡杨和俄罗斯杨为试材,探讨不同水分处理下不同树种叶片的光合特性.方法]试验设置2种不同灌水量处理(50 m3/(667 m2·次)(处理一)和100 m3/(667 m2·次)(处理二)),对胡杨和俄罗斯杨进行光合特性指标测定.结果]胡杨和俄罗斯杨的Pn、WUE、Gs日变化呈单峰或双峰曲线,在12:00时胡杨的Pn略微降低,Ci日变化呈近V字型曲线;在相同的试验条件下,胡杨的Pn、WUE、Gs、Tr、Ci均高于俄罗斯杨;比较不同水分处理下Ci - Pn、Ci - WUE、Ci - Gs、Ci - Tr光合曲线可知,胡杨、俄罗斯杨Pn、WUE随Ci的增加而增大,Gs和Tr值随Ci的增加而减小,差异显著.结论]不同水分处理下,处理二两树种的气孔导度(Gs)、净光合速率(Pn)及蒸腾速率(Tr)高于处理一;处理二两树种的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和水分利用效率(WUE)低于处理一;同一水分处理下胡杨能高效利用水分,同时又保持较高的光合能力,是抗旱能力较强的材料.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this project aims to to investigate photosynthetic characteristics of the tree leaves of protection forest species under different water treatments by taking Populus euphratica and Populus Russkii jabl from the big agriculture of Karamay as experimental materials.【Method】Two different furrow irrigation treatments(with 250 m3 and 500 m3 irrigation volume,respectively) were set,and photosynthetic haracteristics of Populus euphratica Oliv and Populus Russkii jabl were measured.【Result】 Diurnal variations of P.euphratica and Populus Russkii jabl present a single peak or double peak curve,and the Pn,WUE of P.euphratica appeared lower at 12:00.Gs appeared to vary in a single peak curve and Ci appeared to vary in a V shaped curve.Under same experimental conditions,the Pn,WUE,Gs,Tr and Ci of Populus euphratica Oliv appeared higher than those of Populus Russkii jabl.【Conclusion】Under different water treatments,Populus euphratica Oliv and Populus Russkii jabl’s Gs,Pn,Tr with water treatment of 500 m3/667m2 were higher than those with water treatment of 250 m3/667m2;With water treatment of 500 m3/667m2 Populus euphratica Oliv and Populus Russkii jabl’s Ci and WUE were lower than those with water treatment of 250 m3/667m2;WUE showed that water with water treatment of 500 m3/667m2 can be efficiently used with Populus euphratica Oliv and higher photosynthetic capacity remains with this water treatment,thus leading to the improvement of water use.
