桑黄液体发酵培养基优化的初步研究

摘    要:实验研究了桑黄液体发酵培养基中不同营养组成对桑黄菌丝生长的影响。以菌丝生物量和多糖产量为主要指标,对桑黄液体发酵培养基进行了优化。通过单因素试验和正交试验筛选出了桑黄液体发酵的最佳培养基。单因素试验结果表明最适氮源为麦麸,最佳碳氮比为20:1;正交试验结果表明,优化培养基配方为玉米粉50g·L-1、麦麸50g·L-1、KH2PO42g·L-1、MgSO41g·L-1、VB1300μg·L-1、VB2400μg·L-1。

Abstract:The effects of cultural compounds on the growth of Phellinus igniarius mycelium were investigated.Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices,the optimum submerged fermentation parameters for Phellinus igniarius were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The result by single factor test showed that the optimum nitrogen source was bran and C/N was 20:1.Through orthogonal test,the optimum formula for submerged fermentation were proposed of maize powder 50 g·L-...
