| 摘 要： | 经芋花叶病毒侵染的芋艿,用茎尖培养法能得到完整植株,这些完整植株经电镜和免疫法鉴定,证明已无芋花叶病毒。不带芋花叶病毒的试管苗所结球茎以及以后二代的球茎,不仅产最高于对照(未去病毒的芋艿),而且品质也有所改善。

| Abstract: | Mosaic virus had infected colocasia,it had grown into the full height by means of tissue culture of colocasia stem tip.These full-grown plants had been identified with electron microscope and immunizationtest that Mosaic virus could not be foumd.The corms grown by colocasia without Mosaic virus and second and third generation corms,the yield of the corms grown by the seedlings without Mosaic virus is higher than that of corms with Mosaic virus and its quality has also been improved. |
