浅析新型农村合作医疗制度

作为农村社会保障体系重要内容之一的合作医疗制度,多年来为保障广大农村居民身体健康,促进农村经济发展发挥了重要作用。随着我国经济的高速发展,大部分地区农民已经逐渐摆脱贫困,农民需求出现了多种层次,已不仅仅是温饱问题,而是向小康和健康方向转变。由于疾病结构的变化、医学模式的转化以及经济体制的变革,导致不管从农村社会本身,还是农村卫生服务需求方和提供方,都发生了巨大的变化,农村卫生工作出现了很多新的矛盾和问题,这对农村卫生工作者,特别是农村卫生制度体系提出了更高的要求和更大的挑战,必须针对这些变化,采取相应措施。

Preliminary Analysis of the System of Cooperative Medical Lare in Rural

As the most important thing in the social medical service,the cooperative medical service has taken an important part in rural people's health.It has brought about an advance in rural economy society and played an important role.With the high-speed development of the economy of our country,most area peasants have already got rid of the poverty gradually.Peasant's demand has presented many kinds of levels,it has already transformed into well-to-do level and health direction.Because of the change,the transformation of medical model and change of economic system lead to the fact that no matter from the rural society,or the rural hygiene serves,the demand and offer has changed enormously.A lot of new contradictions and questions have appeared in the rural hygiene work.The higher request and greater challenge has been put forward.We must directly face to these changes and take the corresponding measure.In this text the current situation and existing problem of the present in new-type of rural cooperative medical treatment system were described and analyzed and the corresponding suggestion to the development of the rural hygiene in the future at the same time was put forward.
