车辆悬架系统试验评价技术

摘    要:提出了基于频域的分析处理方法。由于相位角分析法包含了悬架系统的阻尼特性,故运用最小轮荷利用率和最小相位角可客观地评价悬架系统性能。同时也提出了乘坐刚度和乘坐噪声隔离率两个悬架系统评价参数,用于评价悬架系统的乘坐性能和高频振动(噪声)传递特性,并就悬架系统参数、悬架结构型式、试验台特性等对悬架系统性能评价参数的影响进行了对比分析。

Abstract:Suspension testing systems have previously been designed to provide the time domain response of the vehicle suspension, such as EuSAMA. The results of this type of test, although quantitative, are dependent on all suspension components, and are unreliable in determining the condition of suspension. In this paper, the magnitude response (adhesion) and the phase of the wheel versus the road surface irregularities based on frequency domain response of the vehicle suspension were put forward. They can effectively determine the condition of vehicle suspension, because minimum phase angle gives valuable information of the suspension damping value. In addition, ride stiffness and ride harshness isolation were also put forward. Ride stiffness can be used to assess ride comfort of suspension, ride harshness isolation can be used to determine the characteristics of harshness transfer of suspension. The influences of the parameters of suspension, the type of suspension and the features of testing system on adhesion, phase angle, ride stiffness, ride harshness isolation, were analyzed.
