草坪草耐热性研究进展

本文对近年来草坪草耐热性方面的研究进行了综述,包括栽培管理和营养调节等基本耐热影响因素;植物生长调节剂对提高冷季型草坪草抗热性的研究;草坪草耐热性生理机理及抗或耐热性筛选指标的研究;抗热性基因的定位、分离克隆以及转基因提高耐热性研究;以及热击蛋白及其编码基因方面的研究。最后作者还提出了利用耐热性DNA聚合酶提高草坪草耐热性的一点看法。

Advancement of Turf grass Heat-tolerance Research

The recent studies on heat tolerance of cool-season turf grasses were reviewed in this paper,including effectors of plant cultivation on heat tolerance of cool season turf;Physiological responses of turf grass to heat stresses;Study on the effect of plant growth regulators to improve heat tolerance of cool season turf;Turf grass biotechnology advances on hot research topic;Genetically modifying turf grass would also improve its heat tolerance;Finally,author put forward an opinion hoping to improve turf-grasses heat tolerance with heat tolerant DNA polymerase by increasing express of heat shock protein.
