| 摘 要： | 以郑单958玉米杂交种及其亲本和12对玉米SSR位点引物为材料,筛选出适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR引物,并对利用嫩芽和干种子为材料提取DNA的效果进行了比较,建立了一套利用SSR标记技术快速、简便进行玉米杂交种纯度鉴定的技术规程。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,hybrid maize Zhengdan 958 and its parents were employed as materials,and 12 pairs SSR primers were used to identify the seed purity of hybrid maize Zhengdan 958.As a result,the SSR primer was screened and suitable for identifying the seed purity of Zhengdan 958.Moreover,the effects of young bud and dry seed on extracting DNA were compared,and a procedure which could rapidly and easily identify the seed purity of maize hybrid was set up by SSR marker. |
