摘    要:利用新开发的功能型共显性分子标记usw47对86份供试普通小麦品种(系)的镉吸收基因Cdu1组成进行了检测和分析,结果表明:59个材料具有低镉吸收型对应的375 bp特异带,占68.60%;27个材料具有高镉吸收型对应的225 bp特异带,占31.40%。在47份小偃6号的衍生材料中,有74.47%的衍生品种(系)在镉吸收基因Cdu1基因位点上与小偃6号一致,具有低镉吸收型的优良等位变异;25.53%的衍生后代具有高镉吸收型的等位变异类型。山东省近年选育的小麦材料中多数具有低镉吸收型的特异条带。

Abstract:One co-dominant functional molecular marker usw47 was used in this study to identify the composition of the cadmium uptake gene Cdu1 in 86 wheat materials.The results showed 59 wheat materials(accounting for 68.60%) had the 375-bp band as the lower cadmium absorption type,while 27 materials(accounting for 31.40%) had the 225-bp band as the higher cadmium absorption type.About 74.47% derivatives of wheat cultivar Xiaoyan 6 had the same gene compositions with Xiaoyan 6 at Cdu1 locus,while about 25.53% derivatives had the high-Cd alleles.Most newly selected cultivars in Shandong Province had the low-Cd alleles,while 33.33% cultivars had the high-Cd alleles.
