华北夏谷区主要育成品种(系)小米黄色素含量分析

摘    要:102份华北夏谷区育成品种(系)2009年种植于山东省农业科学院作物研究所试验农场,成熟收获后,脱壳粉碎测定小米黄色素含量。结果表明:来自河北的4份白米材料黄色素含量较低,变幅2.43~3.57 mg/kg,98份黄米材料黄色素平均含量为12.82 mg/kg。山东、河北、河南黄米黄色素平均含量分别为13.03、12.70、12.68 mg/kg,地区之间差异较小;同一地区不同材料间黄色素含量差异较大。小米黄色素含量在12~14 mg/kg的材料最多,43份,占42.2%;黄色素含量大于14 mg/kg的材料25份,占24.5%。黄色素含量高的材料一般米质较优,应把选育高黄色素含量的品种作为谷子品质育种的重要内容。

Abstract:The 102 varieties(lines) from the North China cultivation areas were cultivated in the experiment farm of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2009.After harvesting,the yellow pigment content of millets were measured.The results showed that the yellow pigment content of 4 white millet materials from Heibei Province was lower changing from 2.43 mg/kg to 3.57 mg/kg,while the average content of yellow pigment of 98 yellow millet materials was 12.82 mg/kg,which was 13.03,12.70 and 12.68 mg/kg respectively from Shandong,Heibei and Henan Province.There were little differences between the varieties from different regions in yellow pigment content,but there were larger differences between different varieties(lines) from the same region.Fourty three cultivars,42.2% of all varieties(lines),had 12~14 mg/kg yellow pigment,and 25 cultivars,24.5% of all varieties(lines),had above 14 mg/kg.In general,the millet quality was involved in higher yellow pigment content,so selecting and breeding the varieties with higher yellow pigment was important for foxtail millet.
