温度与浸种处理对沙棘种子萌发的影响

以中国沙棘和大果沙棘种子为材料，研究温度及浸种处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:萌发温度对沙棘种子的发芽率、发芽指数和发芽时间均有极显著影响，30℃恒温和30℃/20℃变温条件有利于种子萌发，15℃恒温条件不利于种子萌发；中国沙棘种子在较低温度条件下比大果沙棘种子萌发能力更强；沙棘种子较容易萌发，3%~9%浓度的过氧化氢、40℃~60℃热水浸种处理对提高沙棘种子萌发能力无效果。

Effects of Temperature and Soaking Treatments on Seed Germination of Hippophae rhamnoides

Taking the seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp. Russia and H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis as materials, the effects of temperature and soaking treatments on seed germination were investigated. The results showed that: germination temperature had remarkable effects on seed germination rate, germination index and germination time. The constant temperature (30℃) and alternative temperature (30/20℃) were the best conditions for seed germination, and the constant temperature (15℃) was not good for seed germination. The seeds of H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis had stronger germination ability than those of H. rhamnoides ssp. Russia under lower temperatures. Soaking treatments such as H₂O₂ solution with concentrations of 3% to 9% or hot water in 40℃ to 60℃ had no obvious promoting effect on germination of the seeds tested.
