摘    要:采用光照培养箱培养,研究了不同培养基质、不同浓度银缕梅叶片与果壳浸提液对银缕梅种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响。黄土、园土、河沙基质与滤纸上的发芽率分别为70%、66.67%、58.33%和20%;黄土、园土、河沙基质与滤纸基质上的发芽势分别为36.67%、36.67%、31.37%与10%;1∶100的银缕梅果壳和树叶浸提液处理的发芽率和发芽势均优于对照,而其余浓度的浸提液的发芽率和发芽势均低于对照。不同培养基质上种子发芽率、发芽指数之间存在显著性差异;低浓度银缕梅落叶及果壳的浸提液对其种子发芽具促进作用,而高浓度表现出抑制作用,随浓度增高,其抑制作用增强。

Abstract:Influences of different culture substrates and water extracts of the leaves and shells of Parrotia subaequalis on seed germination rate, potential and index of P. subaequalis were studied by illumination incubator in laboratory. The germination rates in the culture substrates of yellow, garden soil, river sand, and filter paper were 70.00%, 66.67%, 58.33% and 20%, respectively, and the corresponding germination potentials were 36.67%, 36.67%, 31.37%, and 10.00%, respectively. The germination rate and potential of the seeds treated with 1∶100 water extracts were higher than those of the control. Seeds treated by other concentrations of water extracts presented lower germination rate and potential than those of the control. It was concluded that differences in germination rate and index of the seeds among different substrates were significant. And low concentration water extracts of P. subaequalis leaves and shells could promote seed germination, while high concentration could inhibit the germination.
