运输密度和时间对单环刺螠保活运输品质的影响

摘    要:摘要:为探讨单环刺螠无水保活运输的适宜密度和时间,通过分析对照组,低密度组,中密度组和高密度组单环刺螠的生理应激和品质指标,考察了在4 ℃条件下,不同运输密度和时间对单环刺螠的影响。实验结果表明,在所有试验时间点,3个密度组单环刺螠的皮质醇含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胁迫24 h后,持水力和乳酸含量与对照组相比均发生显著变化(P<0.05);运输密度胁迫对葡萄糖含量的影响较大,12-60 h,高密度组葡萄糖含量均显著高于低密度组和中密度组(P<0.05),而在36 h和60 h下,各密度组之间超氧化物歧化酶活力没有显著差异(P>0.05),各组丙二醛含量变化与超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)变化趋势相同。在单环刺螠的保活运输过程中,推荐中密度运输应不超过1.0 kg/L,运输时间不超过24h,以更好的保持单环刺螠的品质。

Abstract:Abstract: The aim of the study was to explore the appropriate density and time for the waterless live transportation of Urechis unicinctus. The physiological stress and quality indicators of samples in the control group, low-density group, medium-density group and high-density group were analyzed at different transport time. The results showed that the concentration of cortisol in the three density groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The water holding capacity and lactic acid contents changed significantly after treatment of 24 h (P<0.05). Transportation density stress had a greater effect on glucose content. The glucose content in the high-density group was significantly higher than the other two density groups at 12-60 h (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SOD activities between different densities at 36 h and 60 h, and the change of malondialdehyde showed the same trend (P>0.05). The recommended transport density should not exceed 1.0 kg/L during the waterless live transportation to better maintain the quality of Urechis unicinctus.
