| 摘 要： | 通过对西藏林芝地区家兔亚硝酸盐中毒后的血常规检查、剖检及病理变化的观察，探讨维生素C对家兔亚硝酸盐中毒后的血常规、组织学变化等的影响。从血常规中白细胞数目、血红蛋白和病理组织学研究显示，维生素C对高原缺氧环境下亚硝酸盐引起的中毒作用具有较好的治疗和缓解作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the observation of blood checks,analyse and pathological changes of Nyingtri rabbits nitrite poisoning,investigate the effect of vitamin C on rabbits nitrite poisoning after the blood,histological changes,and so on.The number of leukocytes from the blood,hemoglobin and histologic studies showed Vc had a better role in treatment and mitigation on nitrite poisoning in the plateau environment. |
