| 摘 要： | 西瓜三叶枯病是海南省西瓜栽培过程中出现的一种严重的病害。通过对该病菌原培养特性，形态特征和寄主范围的测定，鉴定出西瓜三叶枯病的病原为极孢属。采用含毒介质法，进行了８种药剂对该菌的毒力测定。结果表明：扑海因和代森锰锌抑菌效果最好。

| Abstract: | The embryogenic calli from sugarcane (deccharum officinarum ) Fuyin 83 - 13, Guitang N0. 11 and Funong 86/17 were selected for salt tolerance on the selective media at NaCl concentrations of 0, 0.5%, 1 .0%, 1 .5%, 2.0%, 2.5%, 3.0% and 3-5%. The results disclose that the sensibilities of calli to NaCl are different in sugarcane genotroes in the order of Funong 86/17 >Guitang No. 11 > Fuyin 83 - 13. The suitable concentrations of NaCl for se-lecting sugarcane cell lines were 2 .0 % and 2. 5 %. R9301, a salt resistant sugarcane variant line, is selecaed from Fuyin 83 - 13 callus in the presence of 2 .0 % NaCl and found highly toler-ant to salt. This line accumulates more free proline in irs cells and has stable cell membrane struc-ture as compared with wild lines. |
