摘 要: | 目的]研究不同温度处理条件下水分对黄芩种子萌发的影响。方法]采用变温处理,设5个梯度,以24 h为周期昼夜温差变化,水分设10个水平,研究不同温度条件下水分对黄芩种子累计萌发率、种子萌发速率、萌发恢复率和总萌发率以及发芽指数情况的影响。结果]黄芩种子在10~30℃的变温条件下均能良好萌发。适温条件下充分水分条件有利于种子萌发;低温或高温条件下,水分对黄芩种子的浸泡造成黄芩种子活力的丧失;而干旱条件可使黄芩种子在此环境中保持良好的萌发潜力。结论]15~25℃是黄芩种子的最适萌发温度,水分是影响黄芩种子萌发的重要因素并起着基础性作用。

Effect of Water Stress on the Germination of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi Seeds under Different Thermo Periods |

Abstract: | Objective ] The germination behavior of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi seeds on water stress in different thermo periods was ob- served. Method ] Under five different temperature gradients, taking 24h as a circadian change cycle under 10 different water levels, germina- tion rate, germination recovery rate, total germination rate and germination index of S. baicalensis were determined. Result] Seeds of S. ba- icalensis has a wide adaptive ability in seed germination temperature, it can germinate at the temperature of 10 - 30 ℃. In the optimal thermo periods, sufficient water can favor seed germination, drought stress inhibit seed germination ; and in the higher or lower thermo periods, suffi- cient water supply may attribute to seed vigor lose, while drought condition can preserve seed vigor. In conclusion, water was the functional factor in formative-mechanism of S. baicalensis quality. Conclusion] The optimal thermo periods ofS. baicalensis was 15 -25 ℃. Water con- dition was an imnortant and basic factor which can affect seed germination of S. baicalensis. |
