| 摘 要： | 总结了湖南农村信息化服务平台建设过程中存在的多语言平台通信、异构平台集成、涉农信息资源集成以及全网短信收发等问题,分析了各问题产生的原因,并给出了一些具体的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The problems existing in building process of Hunan rural information service platform were summarized,such as the multi-language platform for communication,integration of heterogeneous platforms,integrated agriculture-related information resources as well as the whole network to send and receive SMS,etc,the causes of each problem were analyzed,and some specific solutions were put forward. |
