发酵工厂设计课程教学改革探讨与实践

摘    要:针对目前发酵工厂设计课程教学中存在的问题,提出该课程教学方法和教学内容两方面的改革方案,使课程内容更加合理。充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,培养学生的工程素质,为生物工程行业培养出高素质的发酵专业人才。

Study on Teaching Reformation and Practice of Design of Fermentation Factory

Abstract:Aiming at existing problems in teaching course of design of fermentation factory,the reform scheme of teching mehod and teaching content were put forward.The reform will make the fermentation speciality course system more reasonable,improve student′s enthusiasm and initiative,train student's engineering quality.More of fermentation engineering qualified scientists and technicians will be trained for bioengineering with this improving plan.
