| 摘 要： | 分析了"用工荒"问题凸显的原因,并提出"用工荒"问题不单单事关企业,事关工业、服务业,也与农业、农村、农民问题息息相关。造成"用工荒"的原因不仅有农民工工资待遇低,生活条件差,福利水平、社会保障不到位等,还与传统用工模式的弊端,新生代农民工远大的就业创业理想有关。解决"用工荒"问题对于"三农"问题的理解与深入,以及相关问题的解决都有着紧密的联系。

| Abstract: | The causes for labor shortage problem were analyzed.It was put forward that "labor shortage" problem is not only related to enterprises,industries,service industries,but also closely related to agriculture,countryside and farmer problems.Causes for "labor shortage" problem are not only matter with the low wages,poor living conditions,low welfare and lacking of social security,but also with the shortcomings of traditional employment patterns.Solving the problem of "labor shortage" makes for understanding and going deep into the problem of the farmer,agriculture and countryside,and impacts the resolutions of issues. |
