家蚕斑纹双限性品种云限1号的选育

目的]降低蚕种生产成本,提高蚕种质量和产量,拓宽茧丝产品的应用范围。方法]通过系统筛选和配合力测试,采用795、H05、日新A和云蚕7A为亲本,根据家蚕杂交育种原理,组配成斑纹双限品种云限1号。结果]经实验室鉴定、蚕种繁育和农村试验发现,该品种强健好养、产茧量高、雌雄鉴别容易、繁育系数高。综合各地各季的试养成绩,云限1号的虫蛹率为93.09%～99.07%,万头产茧量与对照品种菁松×皓月相当,万头茧层量高于对照3.84%～6.40%,张种产茧量高于对照0.69%～13.31%,茧丝长约1 100 m,洁净在92分以上。结论]云限1号的经济性状与云南省现行品种菁松×皓月相当,符合蚕桑生产对家蚕品种的需求。

Sex-limited Dapple of Yunxian 1 Silkworm Breeding

Objective ] For decreasing the cost of producing silkworm eggs, improving quality and production and broadening the application of silk products. Method] Sex-limited dapple of Yun 1 was selected by systemic screening and combining ability testing, took stains of 795, H05, RixinA and Yun 7A as parents. Result] Through laboratory identification, eggs breeding and countryside rearing test, the results showed that sex-limited dapple of Yun 1 had the advantages as flowing ： strong, healthy and easy to rear; good cocoon output and economic benefit; easy to distinguish sex; Propagate coefficient was high. Results indicated that the pupation rate and eclosion rate was 93.09% - 99.07%, the cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae almost as high as the control group strains Qin song x Hao yue. Cocoon shell weight per 10 000 was higher than control group 3.84% -6.40%, cocoon weight also was higher the control group 0.69% - 13.31%, cocoon silk was long as 1 100 meter, cleanliness reached score 92. Conclusion] The sex-limited dapple of Yun 1 has the same economic trait as Qin song x Hao yue, and meets the standard of silkworm variety.
