| Abstract: | The evaluation methods and mechanisms of scholastic value of scientific and technology paper are studied in this paper. There are 4 classes of evaluation methods, including 12 subclasses detailed evaluation methods. According to time order and function, the evaluation methods are divided into early-evaluation, mid-evaluation and late-evaluation. |
