蓝玉簪龙胆茎段的组织培养技术

摘    要:采用西藏著名野生花卉蓝玉簪龙胆茎段为组织培养材料。通过多次试验后确定,蓝玉簪龙胆的启动培养中适宜的培养基为MS+NAA1.0mg/L.+BA0.4~0.5mg/L,或者为MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;继代培养阶段的适宜培养基为MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;生根阶段的适宜培养基为1/2MS+BA0.1mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L。为蓝玉簪龙胆在组培条件下大量繁殖

Abstract:Using stem part of famous wild flowers and plains Gentiana veitchiorum in Tibet as material for tissue culture. after many experiments. the results show that MS+NAA1. 0 mg/L+BAO. 4 ~ 0. 5 mg/L or MS+BA 0. 5 mg/L+NAAO, 5 mg/L is the most effective in the first culture. MS+BAO. 5 mg/L+NAAO. 5 mg/L is the most fixable in the second culture, and l/2MS+BAO. 1 mg/L+ IBAO. 5 mg/L is the best in the rooting culture. On the other hand. it provides with effective techniques in protecting and using Gentiana veitchiorum.
