基于PowerMILL的模具高速加工技术研究

摘    要:英国DELCAM公司的PowerMILL软件产品适用于具有复杂形体的产品、零件及模具的设计制造,广泛地应用于航空航天、汽车、船舶、内燃机、家用电器、轻工产品等行业,特别对塑料模、压铸模、橡胶模、锻模、大型覆盖件冲压模、玻璃模具等设计与制造具有明显的优势。为了缩短模具设计制造周期,提高加工精度,采用了基于PowerMILL的模具高速加工技术。结果表明,通过优化刀具路径,能适应模具高速加工要求,具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:The PowerMILL software, produced by DELCAM company in UK, is suitable for designing and manufacturing the products, parts, and models with complicated shape. It is widely applied in many trades, such as aerospace, automobile, shipping, internal-combustion engine, domestic appliances, and light industry. It also has obvious advantages to design and manufacture plastic mould, pressure casting mould, rubber mould, forge mould, punching press mould, and glass mould. To shorten the time of designing and manufacturing of die, and to enhance the precision of processing, this paper realizes HSM of die base on PowerMILL. The results shows it is adaptive that the require of HSM of die through majorizing route of tool. There is applied value in this paper.
