| Abstract: | This paper shows that the sheep or Goat farm in Hebei province is facing the bottle-neck situation. It analyses the reasons that results from the embrassed situation rationally, and it suggests that the development of sheep of goat shed raising in large scale in the plain agricultural region can break this situation. |
