摘    要:研究了PEG-6000不同渗透处理浓度和时间对葫芦种子活力和PEG-6000浸泡12h对葫芦种子外渗液电导率和萌发后抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期筛选出PEG最佳处理浓度和时间。研究结果表明,25%PEG-6000溶液浸泡12h为葫芦种子的最佳引发方式,可显著提高葫芦种子的发芽势、发芽率和活力指数,降低种子外渗电导率,提高POD和SOD的活性。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations and time of PEG-6000 priming on the seed vigor of bottle gourd (Lagenaria siceraria Standl.) were investigated. The results showed that 25% PEG-6000 solution primed 12 hours was the optimal method for the priming of bottle gourd seeds. Under the optimal conditions, the germination energy, germination rate and seed vigor index were enhanced, cell inclusion exosmosis of bottle gourd seeds were decreased, whereas the activities of POD and SOD were increased.
