水稻T-DNA插入氮营养缺陷型突变体的氮营养特征

摘    要:利用营养液培养试验,研究水稻T-DNA插入氮营养缺陷型突变体的氮营养特性.结果表明,氮营养缺陷型突变体突变植株硝态氮和铵态氮吸收速率均低于原始亲本,植株氮含量及硝酸还原酶活性降低,氮同化能力下降,根系变短,根系体积及根系活跃面积变小,植株变矮.

Abstract:Studies on the nutrition characteristics of rice T-DNA insertion mutant in sufficient nitrogen were conducted under solution culture.The results showed that the Absorption rate of nitrate and ammonium,the nitrogen concentration,the activity of nitrate reductase and the capacity of nitrogen assimilation of mutants were less than that of its parental line.Mutant's roots became shorter,root volume and active area of mutant became smaller and plant height decreased.
