玉米果穗发育的维管束特性研究

摘    要:为了从微观角度探讨玉米优良自交系选育中出现短苞叶品种的原因,研究了短苞叶自交系139号与1号的雌穗轴和苞叶的维管束特性。结果表明:139号苞叶的单个维管束面积与其韧皮部的面积大于1号的,但在维管束数量上则小于1号。139号雌穗轴的单个维管束面积与其韧皮部面积却小于1号,但在数量上要多于1号。就上述结果从物质运输方面分析了139号苞叶与穗轴发育失调的原因。

A Study on the Vascular Characteristics of the Ear Development in Maize

Abstract:In order to study the reason of the short husk variety in the process of maize inbred lines from microscopic perspective, the vascular bundle characteristic in the cob and the husk were measured by using different varieties of the maize, including the short husk variety of 139 and the contrast variety of No.1.The result showed the responses of the different types were different in the areas of the vascular bundle in the cob and husk .The single vascular bundle in the husk in 139 were larger than the contrasts, but the numbers of the vascular bundle of 139 were less than the contrast''s. As for the cob, the vascular bundle areas of 139 were smaller than No.1''s, but the vasculars bundle number of 139 were larger than that of No.1 .In the end, we analysed the abnormal development causes of the husk and cob from the organic nutrition transportation respect.
