紫外线照射对黄瓜幼苗生长和光合特性的影响

摘    要:室内条件下距黄瓜幼苗顶端120cm,紫外线(UV-C)每次辐射10min,间隔2d、4d或6d辐射1次,苗期分别共辐射10、5、4次。结果表明,随着UV-C辐射次数的增加,即间隔天数的缩短,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上部及地下部的鲜重降低;叶片的色素含量受UV-C辐射影响不大。在UV-C辐射下黄瓜幼苗的光合强度、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和水分利用效率明显下降,而蒸腾强度不受UV-C的影响。

The Effects of UV-C Irradiation on Seedling Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics in Cucumber

Abstract:Cucumber seedlings under room condition are placed 120 cm under 40 watts of ultraviolet light (UV-C, <280 nm) and irradiated totally 10, 5 or 4 times during the whole seedling stage (in 2, 4 or 6 days intervals, respectively) for 10 min each time. The results show that plant height, stem width, top weight and root weight all decrease with the increase of irradiation times. It has little effects on photosynthetic pigment content in leaves. The photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and water use efficiency remarkably decease under UV-C irradiation, while evaporation remains normal.
