Abstract: | Among 217 bacteria strains isolated from 13 disease-free and lower field soil of ginger in Fei Xian-guan, Yaan, L1,D4, T10 had effective antagonism against ginger wilt. Colonizing capacity was conducted by label Rif in autoclaved and non-autoclaved soil. The results showed that inhibiting zones of L1 wasn'' t largest on the plates, while its colonizing dense was largest. Inhibiting zones of T10 was largest, while colonizing capacity wasn'' t largest. Colonizing capacity was higher in autoclaved soil than that in non-autoclaved soil. In this field disease controlling trial, disease-controlling effects of L1,D4, and T10 reached 60.16%, 39.10%, 52.39%, respectively. It also showed that the three strains had functions of increasing yield and growth in different levels. |
