扶芳藤叶片粗蛋白和氨基酸成分分析

摘    要:对9个扶芳藤品种叶片中的粗蛋白及18种氨基酸含量进行测定和分析,结果表明:扶芳藤叶片中粗蛋白含量高,氨基酸种类丰富,其中含有动物体所必需的8种氨基酸;不同品种间粗蛋白和氨基酸含量差异极显著,同一品种不同氨基酸种类含量之间差异极显著。谷氨酸在各个品种中含量最高;胱氨酸、色氨酸和氨在扶芳藤叶片中的含量低且相对稳定,三者与粗蛋白含量呈正相关但不显著,其他16种氨基酸与粗蛋白含量呈正相关且达极显著水平,说明不同扶芳藤品种叶片中粗蛋白和氨基酸特性具有一致性。并建议进行开发扶芳藤牧草、饲料和保健茶等方面的研究。

Analyse of Components of Crude Protein and Amino Acid in Leaves of Euonymus Fortunei

Abstract:Content of crude protein and 18 amino acids of 9 kinds of Euonymus fortunei were measured and analysed. The results showed that the leaves of Euonymus fortunei have higher content of crude protein, many kinds of amino acid, and 8 kinds necessary amino acid in animal''s body. The contents of crude protein and amino acid among varieties were extremely remarkable. The differences of the contents of different amino acid that belong to same variety were extremely remarkable. Contents of glutamic acid are the highest in 18 amino acids and cystine, tryptophan and ammonia were lower than elso and relatively stable. But they were positively correlated with the contents of crude protein, and the difference between them was not remarkable. The else 16 kinds of amino acid were positively correlated with the contents of crude protein and reached an extremely remarkable level. So authors draw a conclusion on the traits of crude protein and amino acids in leaves have homegeneity and suggest to develop researching of pasture, feedstuff and health tea in Euonymus fortunei.
