乌拉特荒漠草原白刺属和锦鸡儿属植物群落生物量分析

摘    要:以乌拉特荒漠草原区白刺属、锦鸡儿属为建群种的植物群落为研究对象,采用样方调查法,测定其生物量,研究其防风固沙、保持水土的机理。结果表明:(1)白刺属植物群落的灌木层生物量比锦鸡儿属植物群落的灌木层生物量高,而锦鸡儿属植物群落草本层生物量比白刺属植物群落的草本层生物量高,白刺属植物群落的灌木层生物量与草本层生物量呈正相关,锦鸡儿属植物群落的灌木层生物量与草本层生物量呈负相关关系;(2)白刺属植物群落中小果白刺群落草本生物量与土壤含水率呈显著性相关(P<0.05),唐古特白刺群落和大白刺群落草本生物量与土壤含水率呈极显著相关(P<0.01);土壤容重是影响锦鸡儿属植物群落草本生物量的主要因子,其中甘蒙锦鸡儿群落和柠条锦鸡儿群落草本生物量与土壤容重呈极显著相关关系(P<0.01),狭叶锦鸡儿群落草本生物量与土壤容重呈显著相关关系(P<0.05);(3)土壤的全氮和总磷含量对狭叶锦鸡儿植物群落内草本地下和总生物量具极显著相关性,土壤pH、土壤全氮和土壤总磷含量与唐古特白刺群落内草本地上生物量具显著相关性(P<0.05),土壤有机质含量与唐古特白刺群落内草本地上生物量具极显著相关性(P<0.01)。

Biomass Analysis of Nitraria and Caragana Communities in Wulat Desert Steppe

Abstract:The plant communities of Nitraria and Caragana in Wulat desert steppe were selected as the research objects,and their biomass was measured by quadrat survey method to study the mechanism of windbreak and sand fixation and soil and water conservation.The results showed that:(1)The biomass of shrub layer of Nitraria community was higher than that of Caragana community,and the biomass of herb layer of Caragana community was higher than that of Nitraria community.The biomass of shrub layer of Nitraria community was positively correlated with that of herb layer,and the biomass of shrub layer of Caragana community was positively correlated with that of herb layer.There was a negative correlation between biomass and soil moisture content in Nitraria community.(2)There was a significant correlation between herbage biomass and soil moisture content in Nitraria community(P<0.05),and a significant correlation between herbage biomass and soil moisture content in Nitraria community and Nitraria community(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between herbage biomass and soil bulk density in Caragana mongolica community and Caragana korshinskii community(P<0.01),and there was a significant correlation between herbage biomass and soil bulk density in Caragana stenophylla community(P<0.05).(3)the contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil had a significant correlation with herbage underground and total biomass in Caragana stenophylla community,and the contents of soil pH,total nitrogen and total phosphorus had a significant correlation.There was a significant correlation between soil total phosphorus content and biomass of Nitraria tangutorum community(P<0.05),and between soil organic matter content and biomass of Nitraria tangutorum community(P<0.01).
