摘    要:目的]探讨米老排引种到海南省的适应性.方法]在不同试验条件、不同生长基质下对引种到海南省的米老排进行育苗试验初步监测研究.结果]米老排从种子萌发到形成幼苗时间较短.使用最小显著性差异法(LSD)分析显示,室内试验条件下,4种基质中出苗率至少有1组与其他3组存在显著差异,沙土+椰糠基质中的出苗率最高达到40.67%,沙土+红土基质中出苗率最低仅为9.33%.野外条件下,5种不同基质对米老排的出苗率没有显著差异,而对苗高与幼苗的存活数量的影响则不同.结论]不同的环境条件对米老排幼苗的存活影响较大,因此为其筛选适宜的生存空间十分必要.

Research on Breeding Experiment of Mytilaria laoensis Introduction of Hainan Province

Abstract: Objective ] In order to investigate the adaptability to Hainan Province of Mytilaria laoensis. Method ] The paper showed that the growth state of Mytilaria laoensis was investigated under the different experimental conditions and substrates for introduction to Hainan Province. Result] It showed that Mytilaria laoensis experience a short time from seed germination to seeding. Using the least significant difference (LSD) method analysis under laboratory test conditions, one group of the rate of emergence of four different matrices was significantly different from the other three groups, the germination of sand + coco peat matrix rate up to 40.67%, the lowest rate of emergence of sand + clay only 9.33%. Under outdoor condition, it was no significant difference between the seedling emergence, while the growth rate and survival of seedlings were different under outdoor condition. Conclusion] It was concluded that different environmental conditions are crucial for the survival of Mytilaria laoensis seedlings, so it is quite necessary for the selection of appropriate living space.
