摘 要: | 目的]研究吉首大学风雨湖原生动物的群落结构。方法]通过采样设置、种类鉴定、原生动物量的检查及多样性指数(D)的计算、水体来源理化性指标检测,来确定原生动物群落结构。结果]共观察到各类原生动物44种,其中鞭毛虫14种,占原生动物总数的31.9%;肉足虫8种,占原生动物总数的18.9%;纤毛虫22种,占原生动物总数的50%。结论]风雨湖的水质污染严重,尤其是入水口水源,多样性指数(d)值很低,需要对此进行一定的处理措施。

Abstract: | Objective]The aim was to study the constion of protozoa community for the Fengyu Lake in Jishou university.Method]The proto-zoons community of the Fengyu Lake were researched by sampling,identifying species,checking amount and diversity index of protozoa,calculating the physical and chemical indicators of water sources.Result]The results showed that a total of 44 species of protozoa were found by investigating,including 14 species of mastigophoras taking up 31.9% ,8 species of sacrodinas taking up 18.9% ,and 22 species of ciliates taking up 50% .Conclusion]The water pollution of Fengyu Lake was serious,especially in the inlet water ,the diversity index value was low which needed certain measures to deal with. |
