控制光照对陕北白绒山羊体重和绒毛长度的影响研究

摘    要: 研究控制光照对陕北白绒山羊体重和绒毛长度的影响研究,以期为陕北白绒山羊光控增绒技术的示范推广提供基础参数和理论依据。将52只适繁陕北白绒山羊母羊按照体况、体重相近的原则随机分为对照组和试验组,其中对照组采用自然光照;试验组通过采用专门的光控羊舍将光照控制为7 h;对照组和试验组母羊均自由采食、饮水,常规管理。结果表明:(1)控制光照的试验组母羊体重和平均日增重稍高于对照组,但光照时间对母羊体重和平均日增重并没有显著影响(P>0.05);(2)试验组母羊绒纤维长度较对照组提高了67.24%,差异显著(P<0.05)。

Abstract:The study on influence of light control on body weight and cashmere length of Shaanbei white Cashmere goat was carried out in order to provide basic parameter and theoretical evidence for the extension and demonstration of light controling cashmere technology.52 ewes at breeding age were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to body condition and body weight.The control group received natural light,while the experimental group were set in the shed with special light control for 7 h.The ewes of both groups all ate and drank freely,with a regular management.the results show:(1)The body weight and average daily body weight gain of ewes in experimental group were slightly higher than that of the control,but the light control didn’t exert significant influence on ewes’ body weight and average daily body weight gain(P>0.05);(2)the cashmere fiber length of experimental group increased by 67.24% than that of the control,with a significant difference(P<0.05).
