喀什地区设施农业可持续发展思路与对策

设施农业作为高效现代农业,在喀什地区呈现不断增长趋势,具有较大的发展优势和基础。同时存在投入不足、科技含量低、市场服务体系不健全、病虫害防治难度大等制约设施农业发展的因素。为此,必须采取加大设施农业的资金扶持力度,发展特色外向型精品设施农业,充分发挥“反季节”作用,强化科技服务,研发经济实用型设施材料,建立健全市场服务体系等一系列措施,确保设施农业可持续发展。

Thinking and countermeasures on sustainable development of facility agriculture in the district of Kashi

As a kind of highly effective modern agriculture,the facility agriculture presents in creasing growth,good foundation and greater developing advantage in Kashi district.At the same time,its development has been restricted by the insufficient investment,low-content technology,imperfect market service system and difficulties in the prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests.Therefore,in order to guarantee sustainable development of facility agriculture the following measures must be adopted,which include: augment of funds supporting facility agriculture,development of characteristic export-oriented high-quality facility agriculture,sufficient fulfillment of off-season effect,strengthening technology service,exploitation of economy practical facility materials and establishment of perfect market service system,and so on.
